The isolated genera were. Staphylococcus sp, Klebsiella sp., Enterococcus sp.Bacillus sp,Acinetobacter sp,Corynebacterium sp.,Pseudomonas sp,Proteus sp ,Serratia sp.,and E.coli sp.when their morphological, gram staining and biochemical characteristics were compared with known taxa.
